Construction is integral to Ireka’s business activities. For the past 45 years, Ireka’s construction and engineering teams have achieved a number of significant milestones, contributing to nation-building through the plethora of major-sized civil and structural engineering projects.

As a one-stop contractor with design-and-build capabilities, Ireka’s areas of expertise consist of civil engineering works (expressways, elevated highways, interchanges, bridges, airport runways & utilities, public utilities, golf courses, large scale earthworks, reclamation works) and building works (landed and high-rise luxury residential developments, hotels, offices, convention halls, resort clubhouses, shopping malls, factories, modern industrial parks, hospitals, as well as planning and procurement of all operating equipment).

Over the years, Ireka has achieved expertise and skills in specialised construction techniques, with cost-effective and reliable operational support. Our construction team:

• Provides an integrated Design & Build service;
• Manages the entire construction project from inception to completion;
• Employs an experienced in-house team of Architects, M&E Engineers, Structural Engineers and Quantity Surveyors; and
• Undertakes thorough cost planning, construction budgeting, feasibility studies and cost monitoring to ensure that clients’ costs and resources are optimised.
