Ireka Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (381566-U) in Malaysia and Ireka Engineering And Construction Vietnam Co Ltd in Vietnam. Within our Real Estate division, Ireka Development Management Sdn Bhd (758499-H) is the exclusive Development Manager for London-listed property company, Aseana Properties Limited. Ireka is responsible for the day-to-day management of Aseana’s property portfolio in Malaysia and Vietnam. Ireka also takes pride in the creation of the much celebrated i-ZEN brand of luxury properties.
The i-ZEN 6S philosophies of Style, Service, Security, Sophistication, Soul and Sustainability, are demonstrated in our portfolio of properties.

PROJECT MANAGERS
(Property & Project Management)
Nilai Projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture / C&S Engineering / Building or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in property management and project management with in depth knowledge of design, cost and quality control, construction implementation and building contracts.
- Excellent in Planning.
- Capable of liaising with authorities and familiar with all property development procedures and processes.
- Able to lead and manage a team of consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Project / Primavera software.
- Familiar with Project Management related software.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of project implementation and monitoring of works and budget progress on site.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the project.
- Organise Project implementation and or initiation of work at site which shall include preparing the construction programme and materials & resources allocation requirements.
- Monitor work progress, cost and implementation all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
- Handle claims for Loss, Expenses and Variations.
- Liaise with clients representative and consultants on daily operations of the project.
- In charge of general site administration.
- Prepare Monthly Progress Report.
- Monitor suppliers’ and sub-contractors’ performance and also control and verify suppliers’ and/or nominated suppliers’ products.
- Identify all remedial works and outstanding works that are required to be carried out.
- Ensure all inspection and test status are clearly defined.
- To undertake any duties and all other responsibilities as instructed.
SECRETARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
(Project)
Kuala Lumpur – Mont Kiara
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or its equivalent
- Preferably with at least a professional certificate or Diploma in relevant field.
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the SVP, Projects/Head of Project Team and Project Admin Executive on project administration and general management.
- Assist Project Admin Executive to take minutes of meeting.
- Assist Project Admin Executive to handle and plan schedules for appointment, meetings, seminars and the likes.
- Assist Project Admin Executive to ensure proper and systematic filing of documents, records and compiling of data.
- Assist Project Admin Executive to attend to new staff requirements and co-ordinate with the respective personnel in the area of seating arrangement, telephone, etc prior to commencement of service of new staff.
- Assist to maintain and update staff leave record.
- Assist to check employees’ expenses claim.
- Assist to screen incoming calls, enquiries and refer callers to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist to handle the reservation of meeting room.
- Assist to handle maintenance of office equipment, machinery and general cleanliness of the department.
- To relief the Telephone Operator / Receptionist during lunch hour or at any other time as and when required.
- To carry out any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
SALES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Kuala Lumpur – Mont Kiara
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or its equivalent
- Those with professional Certificate or Diploma in relevant field would be an added advantage.
- At least 1 – 2 year of working experience in property sales administration and/or other relevant working experience.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office software – Words, Excel & IFCA system.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with solicitors/lawyers with regard to the loan documentation, subsales, auction, MOT, title deed and advise release of the loan sum.
- Ensuring timely progress billings, collection and documentations.
- Maintain the Company property development system to ensure up-dated records.
- Prepare monthly reports and any ad-hoc reports as required by the superior.
- Sort letters, arrange posting of letters via normal post/registered post/courier/dispatch/by hand.
- To assist in general administrative works and other related duties as instructed.
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Kuala Lumpur – Mont Kiara
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or its equivalent
- Preferably with at least an LCCI Intermediate or Higher level certificate in Bookkeeping / Accounting or its equivalent.
- At least 1.5 years or more of relevant working experience
- Well versed in Microsoft software such as Words & Excel
Responsibilities:
- Issuing payment vouchers / cheques.
- Checking of invoices.
- Preparing debit and credit notes.
- Data entries / basic bookkeeping / filing.
- Other related duties as and when required.
