Within our Real Estate division, Ireka Development Management Sdn Bhd (758499-H) is the exclusive Development Manager for London-listed property company, Aseana Properties Limited. Ireka is responsible for the day-to-day management of Aseana’s property portfolio in Malaysia and Vietnam. Ireka also takes pride in the creation of the much celebrated i-ZEN brand of luxury properties. The i-ZEN 6S philosophies of Style, Service, Security, Sophistication, Soul and Sustainability, are demonstrated in our portfolio of properties.

REAL ESTATE DIVISION

MANAGER, DESIGN SERVICES
Head Office, Mont Kiara - Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • Part 2 PAM, at least 5 years of related working experience in consultancy practice, preferably with at least 1 year with property developer, well versed in project development from concept, schematic design to design development, documentation, detailing and on-site implementation with strong design flair and presentation skills and exposure to Masterplanning, mixed-use development projects, high-rise and landed residential, commercial including offices and hotel and interior design.
  • Computer literate and ability to use software such as Microsoft Office and Primavera.
  • Initiative, committed and responsible.
  • Possess strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team management and leadership skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER, FINANCE
Head Office, Mont Kiara - Kuala Lumpur

Requirement:

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance and/or Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA or CIMA or equivalent qualification. 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in property development industry.
  • Ability to prepare full set of accounts including trial balance, project ledger, income statement and balance sheet.
  • Ability to review and perform analysis of monthly management accounts including reconciliations for AP, AR and GL.
  • Ability to perform budget variance analysis for budgetary control purpose.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis reports highlighting operational and financial matters including cash flow forecast and projections.
  • Ability to perform audit and tax schedule for annual audit and tax return.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office software such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use accounting software such as IFCA would be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with GST procedures / documentation.
  • Possess strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

SECRETARY CUM EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and secretarial functions.
  • Ability to provide a full secretarial service to the Head of HR division (such as organizing, scheduling appointments and meetings, etc. and other clerical and general secretarial duties).
  • Ability to implement and administer all HR functions (such as claims verification and etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in high-rise luxury condominium and office building
  • Familiar with building services such as air-conditioning, fire-fighting, lift, water rectification, cold water & sewerage, ELV, electrical system, etc.
  • Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.).
  • Initiative, committed and responsible.
  • Possess strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).

LAND SURVEYOR

Requirements :

  • Degree in Surveying or recognized Professional Qualification in Land Surveying.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in high-rise building project.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of land surveying techniques and related activities.
  • Initiative, committed and responsible.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ related working experience in building construction / civil & structural engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge in health & safety regulations.
  • Computer literate-proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR

Requirements :

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field.
  • Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities and costing details for awarded project
  • Ability to conduct Joint measurements with Client’s Representative and Sub-Contractors when necessary.
  • Ability to prepare quotations, quantities and cost estimates tender and etc.
  • Ability to participate in Post-Contract administration, costing payments and valuation.
  • Computer literate-proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess strong work ethic.
  • Initiative, committed and responsible.
